About Me

I live in Bettendorf, Iowa.  I am married and am a father to a soon to be six year old girl and a present 4 years old boy. 

I am a former high school Social Studies teacher, high school wrestling coach, and high school girl's softball coach.

I cheer for the Iowa Hawkeyes in any sport.  Root for the Minnesota Twins.  Pay too close attention to gambling spreads.

I like music, TV, and movies.  Pop culture is more fun to talk about than arguing about politics.

I wrote a little in high school, a lot for school in college, and free lanced for the Quad City Times.

I host a podcast about sports and pop culture.
